SM-5000 Series of Rotary Actuators
The SM-5000 Series of quarter turn, rotary actuators are internally geared to produce up to 12,500 ft. lbs. of torque, and offer continuous
modulation up to 4,000 starts per hour. This series of actuators uses a scotch-yoke output gearing design that provides up to 66% more
torque than rated at the ends of travel (0 deg. & 90 deg. positions). The SM-5000 Series is ideally suited for dampers, vanes, valves, and other
process control applications requiring high torque and exact positioning control.
